The Boring (but neccessary) Stuff...

Terms & Conditions

·         All orders require a deposit

·         If you are unsure on what you want, you can pay a £25 non-refundable deposit to secure your date

·         Once booked, a 50% deposit is required

·         All orders under £80 must be paid in full to secure booking

·         Deposits are only accepted via BACS – details will be provided to you on booking

·         Deposits are non-refundable

·         All balances are due to be paid 4 weeks prior to your event

·         In the event of cancellation between 6 and 3 months prior to event, you will be accountable for 50% of the outstanding balance.  In the event of cancellation within 3 months of the event, you will be accountable for 75% of the outstanding balance. Orders cancelled within 1 month of the event will be required to be paid in full. Please allow for 30 days for this to be processed.  

·         Where delivery and set up has been agreed, Le CakePop will take a photo of your set up on location. Once set up is complete, Le CakePop can no longer be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred by guests, or venue staff, moving items supplied by Le CakePop or by moving items of furniture etc close to your cake.

·         We are happy to work with you on any special dietary requirements, but it is your responsibility to inform us of any such requirements at time of booking.  Unless expressly requested otherwise, our products will be made with flour, eggs and milk.  A full list of ingredients for each flavour are available on request 

·         A security deposit of £100 will be required for any stands hired from Le CakePop. Security deposits will only be refunded once the items have been returned (or collected, whichever has been agreed) in perfect condition.  Until the item is back in our possession, they are your responsibility.  Venues will not be held accountable in most cases.

- We deliver cake pops UK wide via Royal Mail and Parcelforce depending on the size of the order. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused in transit. No refunds will be issued on the basis of damaged cake pops that have been sent via courier.

- Where a change is made to an order which reduces its value within 3 months of the event, no refund will be given. 

- If your event is moved to another date or venue we will do our best to accommodate this, however depending on other orders we cannot guarantee we will be able to cover this. If we cannot complete your event the cancellation fees apply as above. Full refunds will not be given in the event of cancellation due to change of date/venue. 

- We will always endeavour to deliver your products at a time that suits you (hand delivery) however this cannot be guaranteed.

1. What information will Le CakePop collect about me?

Le CakePop will only collect and store information on you when browsing our site (www.lecakepop.com) or if you use the 'Get in Touch' section on the website. When contacting Le CakePop through the website, Le CakePop will then save your name and email address and corresponding message.

2. What will my data be used for?

Le CakePop will only use your name and email address for the purpose intended. A trusted member of the Le CakePop team will read your query and write a response and send it to the email address provided. After the email has been sent, your name, email address and message will be removed from our system unless stated on the email that it shall be retained for any particular reason.

3. Le CakePop security measures

Le CakePop are committed to ensuring that your information is kept safe and secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access to your name or other details we will only use secure machines which have up-to-date virus protection and that are physically secure.

4. Website content

The content on the website is supplied and continually updated by members of the Le CakePop management team. Pictures, text, videos and all other media placed on the website have been agreed by clients of Le CakePop, and if under the age of 16, parental permission given to be placed on the website and to be shown on the public domain. These pictures, text, videos or any other media may NOT be used for any other purpose without the sole permission of the director of Le CakePop who can be contacted by using the 'Contact Us' section of the website.

5. Cookies

A cookie is a small file which is placed on your computer's hard drive and helps Le CakePop traffic pages on our website. This allows us to check the number of 'hits' or visitors to a particular page on the website and what information is looked at the most. This data is only used for statistical analysis purposes.
